Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal as methods of payment only. All orders must be payed in full with any one of these payment methods before any order can ship.
Shipping Policies
All orders over $250.00 are eligible for free shipping. All other orders are charged a $12.00 flat shipping rate. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx to ship our orders. We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. All orders placed before 2PM EST generally ship the same day. Any orders received after 2PM EST will generally ship the next day. In some cases it may take 2-3 business days before your order is shipped. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional charge. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Taxes
We charge sales tax for the state of New Jersey. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Should any tax be imposed by law, government agencies, affecting the merchandise billed after this, customer agrees to pay such tax beyond the amount of each invoice. If you are a non-profit or a re-seller please send us your signed Sales Tax Certificate.
Warranty
All "Like New" items come with a 90 Day Warranty. All new items come with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
Returns
We offer 30 days for returns and exchanges. All returns that are not our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Anything returned after 30 days of receiving an item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
All new items must be in their original packaging.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If an item is defective, is under warranty, or if you wish to return an item, then an RMA number must be issued to you by calling us us at 1-888-883-4835. Please do not ship any items or products to our company without an RMA number and RMA paperwork.
Refunds
Once we receive your item we will initiate any applicable refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
Please allow 15 business days for a credit to be processed.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
